Action was on the flop on a board of 2♥J♠7♣ with around 14,000 in the pot. Roman Yurkiv fired out a bet of 4,000 from the small blind and Giovana Hiratomi Fossa called on the button.
The turn was the J♣ and Yurkic went again with a bet of 5,500, which Fossa called. On the 8♥ river, Yurkiv pushed out 15,000, putting his opponent all in. Fossa had been holding her chips, but placed them back on the table and went firmly into the tank, occassionally glancing across at her opponent to try to get a read.
After a long pause, she placed her chips in the middle to make the call for her remaining 11,500. Yurkiv turned over A♦A♣ for two pair, aces and jacks. Fossa had 9♥9♠ and was eliminated.
