Eychenne Gets Value from Small Flush
Nivel 7
: Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Frank Stepuchin opened to 1,800 from the hijack and Thomas Eychenne called on the button.
On the K♥10♣3♣ flop, Stepuchin continued for 2,000 and Eychenne called.
The turn brought the Q♣. Stepuchin kept up the aggression with a bet of 3,300. Eychenne weighed his options before he ultimately decided to call.
On the 6♣ river, Stepuchin slowed down with a check. Eychenne cut out a bet of 4,400 which sent Stepuchin deep into the tank. After around two minutes, he opted to call and got the bad news immediately as Eychenne revealed 8♦8♣ for a rivered flush which was good enough to scoop the pot.
