Wu Coolers Moran For a Double
Nivel 12
: Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Daniel Moran bet 8,000 from the cutoff on a flop of A♦J♣5♦ and Ching Da Wu raised to 20,000 in middle position. Moran called and the 10♣ fell on the turn.
Wu then moved all in for 45,000 and Moran snap-called. Wu showed J♦J♠ for a set, while Moran had A♣J♥ for top two pair.
"How many coolers are there going to be?" Moran said dejectedly as the Q♦ completed the board on the river, securing the double up for Wu and leaving Moran as an extreme short stack.
