DeSilva Drops a Big Pot to Kanakopoulos But Glad It Wasn't Worse
Nivel 13
: Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Upeshka DeSilva and Orestis Kanakopoulos built a pot of around 50,000 as they went to the turn with the board showing A♥K♥9♠4♣. DeSilva then bet 42,000 from the cutoff and Kanakopoulos called in the big blind.
Kanakopoulos checked the A♦ river and DeSilva checked back this time. Kanakopoulos then showed A♠9♠ for a full house.
"Whew. Bad river, good river," DeSilva said as he flashed K♦9♦ before mucking.
