Chinchia Hsu raised to 10,000 in early position and Peter Hengsakul three-bet to 35,000 in the big blind. Hsu then four-bet to 65,000 and Hengsakul called.
The flop came 6♠3♥2♦ and Hsu continued for 25,000. Hengsakul then moved all in and Hsu snap-called.

Hengsakul had run into Hsu's aces as the 10♣10♥ turn and river provided no help. He was already out of his seat and walking out of the tournament area, but a count showed he barely had Hsu's 90,000 covered and he had to be called back to nurse his extreme short stack.
Tsz Liu got the rest of her 100,000 in the middle from the small blind as Lily Kiletto put her at risk in the cutoff.

Action picked up on the turn in a hand between Edward Holstein in the big blind and Colton Blomberg who was under the gun.
With over 30,000 in the middle and the board reading 9♦K♣2♠8♥, Holstein check-called a bet of 12,000.
The 10♥ river went check-check and Blomberg tabled the winner with A♠9♥, besting the J♠9♣ of Holstein.
Chia Hsu bet 30,000 from early position on a flop of J♥9♠7♣ and Nicholas Whitehead moved all in for 82,000 on the button. Hsu quickly called.

The next hand, Paola moved all in for his last 17,000 and was called by Eric Medved. Medved's ace-eight bested Paola's seven-five suited and Paola was sent to the rail.
Around 70,000 was in the pot when Maria Konnikova bet enough from middle position to put Erik Nomberg all in on a board of 7♠2♦10♠6♥K♣.
Nomberg, in the small blind, tanked for several minutes until he called for his last 50,000. Konnikova then showed A♠A♦ and Nomberg shot out of his seat and slammed his cards in the muck before making his exit.
