Kandola situation went from bad to worse after just losing a flip, he was now staring elimination in the face. The flop of J♦9♥3♣ did give him a few ways to escape, but the 8♣ turn wasn't any help. However, the poker gods were looking down on Kandola as the K♣ dropped on the river, giving him two pair and a double-up.

The flop of 7♠J♦K♠ all but sealed the deal as Kashani paired his king, but the 5♥ turn did give Slater a glimmer of hope. However, that hope was short-lived as the 3♦ river sent Slater to the sidelines.

They saw a flop of 9♦4♣4♦ where Kashani continued with a bet of 275,000, which Slater called.

A 2♠ landed on the turn and Kashani sized up with a bet of 800,000, which was enough to forced a fold out of Slater.
