Kassouf Gets Shoved On

Nivel 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Nerijus Gercas made it 1,600 to go and Muhamed Mia called in the next seat before William Kassouf three-bet to 4,400. Gercas called, but Mia folded.

On the 9105 flop, Gercas shoved his 6,300-chip stack into the middle, and Kassouf was unsure on how to proceed.

"I don't want to double you up. I feel like you may have outflopped me," said Kassouf.

Eventually, Kassouf folded and flashed an ace, while Gercas showed 88 for a pair of eights as he scooped in the chips.

Madaliyev Can Beat a Flush

Nivel 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

With around 2,000 chips in the middle on a flop of 763, Almat Madaliyev checked it over to Mazin Karkotli, who fired 2,400. Madaliyev called.

A 2 on the river made the board a little scarier, and Madaliyev went into check-call mode again after Karkotli fired 2,700.

A fifth diamond, the 10, landed on the river and Madaliyev led out for 3,300.

"Can you beat a flush?" asked Karkotli.

"That's a tricky question," replied Madaliyev.

Eventually, Karkotli laid it down, and Madaliyev was kind enough to show KJ for a bigger flush.

Pham's Cowboys Lasso in Farrell's Queens

Nivel 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Hong Pham

John Farrell opened from early position to 1,500 and Mantas Buivydas called on the button. Daniel Wilson came along from the small blind before Hong Pham squeezed to 6,600 from the big blind. Farrell then four-bet to 16,500, which got Buivydas and Wilson to fold, and Pham shoved for around 31,000. After giving it some thought, Farrell called.

Hong Pham: KK All in
John Farrell: QQ

Pham's Cowboys were in the lead, and they stayed there throughout the hand as the board came a clean 236J4, which earned her a double-up.

Geidans Scoops Huge Side Pot as Downdall Gets Back to Starting Stack

Nivel 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Vilnis Geidans

A huge pot just developed on Table #55, which resulted in a triple-up, a double-up, and an elimination all in one hand.

On a flop of 8A7, Max Downdall was already all-in for around 10,000 and was contesting for the main pot of around 30,000. Vilnis Geidans then fired 5,000 into the dry side pot and Farhad Akbari shoved around 70,000. After giving it some thought, Geidans called.

Max Downdall: 88 All in
Farhad Akbari: A9 All in
Vilnis Geidans: AJ

Akbari's shove created a 250-big-blind side pot between him and Geidans, which was still up for grabs after the 7 turn. There were a lot of chop outs for Akbari to survive, however the 10 wasn't one of them, which meant he was eliminated as Geidans' kicker played.

Wilkinson Gets a River Shove Through, Boatman's Stack Up Early

Nivel 5 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante
Ross Boatman
Ross Boatman

Rhys Keen opened to 1,100 from under the gun and Ross Boatman called from two seats down. Adam Wilkinson then put in a tiny squeeze to 2,200 from middle position, which both Keen and Boatman called.

They trio saw a flop of 56K where it checked to Wilkinson, who fired 3,000. Keen called, and Boatman folded.

Both checked the board-pairing K turn to see the Q on the river, where Keen check-folded to Wilkinson's 12,000-chip shove.

Wilkinson then flashed the J to his opponent and said "I had you all the way,".

Bright Does What He Likes, Stacks Cowell With Rags

Nivel 5 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

With around 7,000 chips in the middle on a board of 7Q63, David Bright had bet pot, which put Lewis Cowell to the test for his remaining stack of around 5,000. After thinking it over, Cowell decided now was the right moment to commit his chips, and called.

Lewis Cowell: KQ All in
David Bright: 63

Cowell couldn't quite believe his eyes and wasn't happy at the holding of Bright. The 10 river was a brick, which meant Cowell was eliminated and Bright took the pot.

"I paid £1,100 to play this tournament, I'll do whatever I like," said Bright.
