"I doubled up with quads," last year's finalist Victor Hoogstoel said while Bruno Fuentes was opening to 2,000 from under the gun and Hagai Glick was raising to 6,000 from the cutoff.
Fuentes called, and check-called after Glick continued for 4,200. Both players checked the 5♠ turn leading to the J♦ river where Fuentes bet 2,000.
Glick called, but his cards went into the muck after Fuentes flipped over Q♠Q♣.

Matthieu Mary raised to 2,500 from under the gun and Christoph Rapf three-bet to 7,000, from the button. Mary went into the tank before responding with a four-bet to 16,000. Rapf called.
The Q♦J♣5♣ flop saw Mary place a small continuation bet out 3,500. Rapf elected to see a turn.
The 7♥ fell, to which both players checked through to the K♥ river. Mary tanked for some time before betting out 8,200. Rapf eventually surrendered his holding.

Julien Sitbon raised from the button, receiving calls from Mantas Petrauskas and Bruno Lopes, in the respective blinds.
The Q♥10♥8♦ flop checked through to the 7♠ turn and the 6♦ river. Petrauskas elected to take the lead for 3,000, Lopes called and Sitbon made a quick fold.
Petrauskas showed A♠5♠ for ace-high, while Lopes slammed down 4♣3♠ onto the felt. While Petrauskas' ace-high may have been the best hand, Lopes was quick to inform the table that he thought he was holding five-four, which would have been a straight.
Sitbon told Petrauskas that he was bluffing with the best hand.
"Value bet," Petrauskas jokingly corrected Sitbon.

After an open by the player under the gun called by Daniel Koloszar in the cutoff, 2024 WSOP Main Event finalist Malo Latinois defended from the big blind.
Both Latinois and the under the gun player checked the 5♥7♠2♠ flop, but Koloszar bet 2,000. Latinois was the only one to call.
On the 2♣ turn, Latinois led out for 3,000. Koloszar called to find the 9♦ river. Latinois checked, then went deep into the tank after Koloszar bet 19,200. He eventually folded.

The 4♠K♥A♣ flop saw Petrauskas check-call a bet of 1,200 from Seri.
The J♦ turn saw a repeat of the action, this time Seri sized up to 5,000.
The 3♣ river prompted a check from Petrauskas. Seri waved the white flag and checked back. Petrauskas produced A♦6♣ for top pair, winning him this pot.
