Guerra Slows Mustafov's Rise

Nivel 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Action was heads-up to the A264 turn, where Lautaro Guerra checked from the small blind and Fahredin Mustafov followed with a check on the button.

Guerra led out for 30,000 on the K river, with Mustafov checking his cards before sliding them into the muck.

"I'll get you one time," said Mustafov as Guerra raked in the chips.

Josh Arieh raised to 1,500 under the gun and Fahredin Mustafov three-bet to 5,400 in the hijack. Jan-Peter Jachtmann cold-called in the big blind and Arieh called as well.

The flop of 10K5 checked through to the 7 turn. Jachtmann checked, Arieh bet 15,000, Mustafov called, and Jachtmann got out of the way.

The river landed the 8 and Arieh fired out a bet of 40,000. Mustafov then moved all in to put Arieh at risk, who quickly folded.

No Action for Negreanu

Nivel 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Daniel Negreanu raised to 1,500 from under the gun and was called by David Eldridge on his immediate left. Anatoly Zlotnikov called from the cutoff and Dirk Gerritse came along in the small blind.

All four players declined to bet on the Q2Q flop, with Gerritse checking again after the J turn was revealed.

Negreanu announced a bet of 2,500 and watched all three opponents fold in order.

"Boo," exclaimed Negreanu, "I had the nuts." Negreanu turned over his queen-jack to show a turned full house while taking down a small pot.

Caesars Entertainment has finalized the $500 million sale of the biggest brand in poker to GGPoker's parent company, according to an announcement in late October.

Back in August, Caesars Entertainment shocked the poker world when it announced that it would be selling World Series of Poker (WSOP) to NSUS Group Inc, a leading investment group and operator GGPoker. The deal was solidified Tuesday and includes a $250 million cash transaction and a $250 million promissory note due in five years.

Though the WSOP sale marks a shakeup in the industry, poker players can still expect the summer WSOP to be held in Las Vegas for the next 20 years. Additionally, poker rooms at Caesars properties will continue to feature WSOP branding.

The 6A7 flop saw action check to Barbero, who fired a bet of 8,000. That produced four folds around the table, as Barbero raked in the small pot.
