Pardo Pressures Thorel
Nivel 3
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Juan Pardo opened to 10,000 from early position and was called by Jean-Noel Thorel on the button. Matt Glantz defended his big blind and came along to the Q♠2♣6♠ flop.
Glantz checked and Pardo continued for 12,000. Thorel called while Glantz got out of the way.
The J♠ turn saw Pardo fire a bet of 30,000 and Thorel took a moment before making the call. Pardo bet again on the 5♥ river, this time for 70,000.
Thorel checked his cards one last time before tossing them into the muck and Pardo took down the pot.
