Olechnowicz Versus Kornuth, Round Two
Nivel 8
: Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Chance Kornuth raised to 60,000 from the small blind and Aaron Olechnowicz called in the big blind.
On the A♠9♠9♥ flop, Kornuth led for 20,000 and Olechnowicz quickly called.
The Q♠ turn checked through to the 5♠ river which saw Kornuth lead for 40,000. Olechnowicz fired back with a raise to 300,000 which sent Kornuth deep into the tank. He got out calling chips and stared his opponent down, ultimately landing on the decision to call. He got the bad news immediately as Olechnowicz tabled 9♣5♣ for a full house as he dragged the pot.
