Funaro Scoops on the River
Nivel 4
: Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Steve Desjarlais opened to 18,000 from under the gun and picked up four callers along the way including Frank Funaro in the cutoff. The flop came K♥8♠4♥ and Desjarlais continued with a bet of 26,000, which only Funaro called.
The turn was the 10♦ and both players checked to the 3♣ on the river. Desjarlais checked again and Funaro seized the opportunity to slide in a bet of 110,000. Desjarlais released his cards and the pot was pushed toward Funaro.
