The action folded around to Michael Duek in the small blind who just limped in. Thomas Muehloecker checked his option and the dealer fanned the A♥K♠10♠ flop. Duek led out with a min-bet of 60,000 and Muehloecker called.
The turn was the A♦ and Duek flicked in a bet of 100,000. Muehloecker still called and the Q♣ landed on the river. Duek shipped his stack of 730,000 into the middle and Muehloecker gave it some thought before sending his cards to the muck.
Kristen Foxen opened to 120,000 from under the gun and picked up calls from Danny Tang in the cutoff and Lucas Greenwood on the button. The flop came 10♠8♠4♦ and the action checked to Greenwood who bet 150,000. Foxen got out of the way but Tang called.
The turn was the A♣ and Tang check-called another bet of 475,000 from Greenwood. The Q♦ completed the board and both players tapped the table. Tang turned over A♠Q♠ for two pair after missing a flush draw and Greenwood conceded the pot.
Daniel Zack opened to 145,000 in the cutoff and Antoine Saout ripped all in for 860,000 out of the big blind. Zack asked for a count and used a time bank before making the call.
Antoine Saout: A♦Q♥
Daniel Zack: A♠9♦
Saout was in a dominating position and the flop of K♦8♦5♥ left it that way. The 6♥ on the turn and the 2♠ on the river changed nothing, giving Saout a double up.
Sacha Weinber got it all in preflop in early position with less than ten big blinds against Florian Gaugusch in the big blind, who had the covering stack.
Sacha Weinber: A♣9♣
Florian Gaugusch: A♦10♦
The flop came 8♦6♣6♦ with Gaugusch still in the lead. The turn landed the 7♦, giving Gaugusch the nut flush, and the meaningless 2♥ rolled off on the river.
Action folded to the small blind Chance Kornuth who raised to 175,000, and the big blind Rainer Kempe made the call.
After the 4♦Q♣A♣ flop, Kempe called a bet of 100,000 from Kornuth.
Both players checked after the K♣ on the turn, which brought the J♦. Kornuth then bet out 800,000, leaving just 145,000 behind. Kempe gave it a quick thought before making the call.
Kornuth tabled Q♠3♥ for a pair of queens, but Kempe had the winner when he turned over Q♥10♠ for a Broadway straight, to take the pot, and leave Kornuth short.
