Timoshenko Tries, Tries Again

Nivel 2 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Yevgeniy Timoshenko opened to 25,000 from the button, and Eric Froehlich came along with the call.

The flop brought {K-Hearts} {5-Clubs} {7-Diamonds}, and Froehlich checked. Timoshenko continued out with 26,000, and E-Fro check-raised to 85,000. Timoshenko called, and the {3-Diamonds} landed on fourth street. Froehlich slowed down again with another check, and Timoshenko took longer to consider than he has at any other point today. It was about two minutes before he fired another bullet of 110,000, and Froehlich yielded this time, sending his cards into the muck.

E-Fro Moving Up

Nivel 1 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Yevgeniy Timoshenko opened to 22,000 preflop, and Eric Froehlich defended his big blind with a call. The flop came {5-Hearts} {9-Diamonds} {Q-Spades}, and Froehlich check-called a bet to see the {10-Diamonds} on the turn. Both players checked now, and the {6-Clubs} filled out the board on the river. It went check-check again, and Froehlich's {A-Clubs} {8-Spades} was good enough to take down the pot.

He's up to about 2.51 million now from his starting stack of 2.4.

E=Fro's Overbet Induces Action

Nivel 1 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Timoshenko raised to 22,000 preflop and E-Fro made the call. The flop came {6-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}. Both players checked it down and the turn came {5-Hearts}. After two more checks, the river fell {9-Spades} and Froehlich bet 70,000 which was larger than the pot. Timoshenko made the min-raise to 140,000 and Froehlich snap-called, showing {Q-}{10-} for the straight to the ten and scooping the largest pot of the match thus far.
