Elezra Over 20,000

The player under the gun raised it up to 450 preflop and Eli Elezra called from the big blind.

The flop came {j-Spades}{9-Clubs}{6-Clubs} and Elezra checked. The UTG player bet 525 and Elezra check-raised to 1,925. The player then re-raised all in and Elezra called showing {6-Spades}{6-Diamonds} to be ahead with his set against the UTG player's {k-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}

The turn and river came {k-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} to give the player two pair, but it wasn't enough and Eli took the chips and moved up to 22,000

Antonio Esfandiari
Antonio Esfandiari

Antonio Esfandiari played a big pot against a player at his table that put him pretty close to the top of our counts.

On a flop of {a-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} a player in early position checked and Esfandiari bet out 825. The player just elected to call.

The turn was the {6-Diamonds} and the early position player checked again. This time Esfandiari bet out 1,800 and the player just called.

The river was the {8-Hearts} and, you guessed it, the early position player checked again. This time Esfandiari put out a huge bet of 4,200 and his opponent gave it up. Esfandiari is up to 18,000 after the hand

Sorry Mr. Williams

Nivel 3 : 75/150, 0 ante
David Williams' stare is menacing.
David Williams' stare is menacing.

We're never happy to hear a player has busted. But David Williams was seated at table Black 31 in the two seat, which was directly in front of our desk. Williams was in a few hands against the five seat and even though he wasn't staring us down, we were right off the shoulder of the five seat player. We almost folded our laptops under the weight of Williams' stare.

Williams tweeted a pic of his opponent knocking him out with a king high straight flush.
