Tran Gets Shorter

Cathleen Tran raised in the small blind, and Justin Smith made the call in the big blind. The flop came out {5-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds} {q-Hearts} , and Tran put out a continuation bet. Smith responded with a raise, and Tran made the call. The {a-Spades} came on the turn, and again, Tran led out. Smith just called this time, and the river came the {a-Diamonds} . Tran bet out again on the river, but Smith came back with a raise. Tran called, and Smith showed {a-Hearts} {8-Spades} for a full house. Tran mucked, and Smith took the monster pot.
