He happened to stop by Erick Lindgren's table as he went all in against Dennis Booze. Lindgren held {A-Clubs} {A-Spades} {9-Spades} {6-Clubs} and Booze held {K-Hearts} {Q-Hearts} {6-Spades} {8-Spades} .

The board ran {8-} {6-} {4-} {6-} {5-Hearts} and there were two hearts on the flop. Booze made a heart flush and sent Lindgren to the rail. Effel left the area shortly after Lindgren was eliminated, saving other pros from the same fate.
