Smorgasboard of Shorthanded Tables

Nivel 1 : 25/25, 0 ante

Many players in today's field have already registered for the tournament but are opting to arrive a little late. This has led to play beginning shorthanded at an overwhelming majority of our tables today. We have spotted six-handed, five-handed, and at a few tables, even four-handed play as competitors continue to wander into the Pavilion Room.

With a very forgiving structure in the opening levels, many professional players elect to skip the first two entirely and will be taking their seats just prior to the beginning of level three. In the meanwhile, the thousands of players who have arrived on time are being forced to slightly alter their strategy to adapt to shorthanded play.
