James Kerr Catches Killer Turn Card

Nivel 13 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

We passed by a table and noticed a player shoving all-in for his last 13,600 chips in the small blind. James Kerr had raised to 3,700 from the button and asked for a count before making the call.

Showdown:

Kerr: {10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Opponent: {A-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}

Kerr's opponent was in the lead with his ace-high, but needed to fade tens, sevens and draws in order to survive. The flop fell {10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{A-Spades} and while Kerr had paired his ten, his opponent retained the lead with his pair of aces. The dealer burned and turned a {7-Spades} on the river and suddenly Kerr had vaulted into the lead with two-pair. After the {K-Diamonds} fell on the river, Kerr had scored the knockout and added another wing to his towering castle of chips, which looks to contain approximately 140,000.
