A Few Chip Counts

Nanonoko Finds No Action

Nivel 14 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Randy "nanonoko" Lew's chip stack can't seem to go much in either direction.

A player in early position raised to 3,500 and was called by the button and Lew in the big blind.

The flop came {3-Spades}{A-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} and every player checked deliberately.

The turn brought a {8-Hearts} and Lew led out for 4,500. Both players' cards hit the muck almost as fast as Lew's bet came out.

Lew is currently hovering around 40,000.

Griffin Still Kicking

Nivel 13 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Gavin Griffin entered the pot with an under the gun raise to 3,600 and was called by three players.

The {5-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{7-Clubs} board was checked down to see Griffin's opponent's table both the {A-Spades}{10-Spades} and {K-Spades}{Q-Spades} to prompt a muck from Griffin.

Griffin however still holds just under a 20-big blind stack.

Affleck Doubles Through Junglen

Matt Affleck raised to 3,200 from early position and action folded to the small blind. That player called before Adam Junglen also called from the big blind. The three players took the flop of {Q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{7-Spades} and action checked over to Affleck. He fired 4,200 and the small blind mucked. Junglen raised all in to put Affleck at risk. Affleck called and was all in for 29,100.

Affleck: {Q-Hearts}{J-Hearts}
Junglen: {K-Diamonds}{10-Spades}

The turn brought the {5-Spades} and the river the {3-Clubs}. Affleck's top pair held up and he was able to double up.

Elias Out

Darren Elias was all in preflop with {K-}{J-}. He was up against his opponent's pocket sevens. Elias was able to take the lead after flopping a jack, but the river landed with a seven and he was sent to the rail.

Williams Stack Washed Away

Nivel 13 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

David Williams' chip stack has been on a steady decline today and has recently vanished in a matter of a few hands.

In a recent hand, a player in middle position raised to 3,600 and was called by Williams in the small blind.

The flop brought {8-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{Q-Hearts} and both players checked.

Williams led out for 5,600 when the {7-Clubs} came on the turn. His opponent called.

Williams then check-called a 14,800 bet from his opponent when the {J-Spades} fell on the river. His opponent revealed {9-Clubs}{9-Spades} for a straight and Williams mucked, dwindling down to just 41,000 after being up to 120,000 earlier in the day.

A few hands later, we missed the action but saw Williams leaving his seat and heading for the rail after getting into a confrontation with Kevin Saul, who currently sits with 105,000.

Sands Slides

After a player opened with a raise in middle position to 3,600, Dave "Doc" Sands reraised to 9,400 from the cutoff seat. Action folded back to the original raiser and he made the call. The flop came down {Q-Spades}{J-Hearts}{6-Spades} and both players checked to see the {10-Diamonds} fall on the turn.

On fourth street, the first player checked and Sands bet 7,700. His opponent called and the {Q-Diamonds} paired the board on the river. Both players checked.

The first player tabled the {A-Clubs}{10-Clubs} and Sands couldn't beat it, mucking his hand and losing the pot.

Lemke Crushing

Brian Lemke (from yesterday)
Brian Lemke (from yesterday)

We don't have any information on exactly how Brian Lemke managed to accumulate a further 100,000 to his already impressive chip stack, but with over 185 big blinds, Lemke is sitting pretty at the moment.
