Prizepool Information

Nivel 17 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Since we're now well and truly close to the money with just 82 players remaining, we at PokerNews thought it would be a good time to remind you exactly what everyone is playing for.

The top 81 players will pad their bankroll with a guaranteed $10,123, but it will be the final table where every player will be striving for as they look to take home their lion's share of the $4,065,500 prizepool and coveted gold bracelet.

Break Time

Nivel 17 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

With 82 players remaining in the field, the Tournament Director has still called for the scheduled 20-minute break.

It's going to be an anxious 20 minutes for a few short-stacks.

Harder Exits

Nivel 17 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Peter Gilmore opened to 8,000 from middle position only to have Christian Harder three-bet shove for 51,500 from the cutoff. Once the action returned to Gilmore, he made the call to put Harder at risk.

Gilmore: {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}
Harder: {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}

The board rolled out {10-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{6-Hearts} to see Harder fall a few places shy of the money as Gilmore moves to 300,000 in chips.

Schmidt Takes Small One From Tran

Nivel 17 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Brian Schmidt opened the button to 8,000 and JC Tran defended his big blind to see a {6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} flop fall.

Both players checked before Tran led at the {J-Diamonds} with an 11,000-chip bet which Schmidt called. When the river of the {Q-Clubs} landed, Tran check-folded for 26,000 while slipping to 260,000 as Schmidt moved to 180,000 in chips.
