The board ran out and Hench's aces and kings was enough to take out Hausen. He is still very short with only 60,000 left, but he's alive and anything can happen. I'm sure the big stacks in the room are also pleased that the small stacks are taking care of their knockout business.
Patrick Buckley raised to 21,000 in middle position and Roch Cousineau called on the button. Chip leader Igor Sharaskin came in with a pot-sized raise to 87,000 from the big blind however and Buckley called all in for the 7,000 he had left. Cousineau called the Sharaskin raise and the two would play a sidepot. The flop down and Sharaskin led out for 100,000 straight. Cousineau folded his hand and the other two players flipped theirs up.

Buckley’s pair of fours were amazingly in the lead for the time being. Once the hit the turn however, it gave him the nuts with broadway and as long as he could avoid a ten on the river, he would scoop all of the main pot. The river was the and Buckley did in fact hold up although Sharaskin didn’t seem to mind as he won the far bigger sidepot to extend his chip lead.
Igor Sharaskin raised to 10,500 in the hijack and Matthew Ezrol who just picked up a ton of new chips called in the cutoff. On the flop, Sharaskin led out for 20,000 and Ezrol raised the pot. Sharaskin ended up all in for 150,500 as the players turned up their cards.

Ezrol was in brutal shape in what was a pretty sick set over set situation considering he held an ace meaning Sharaskin hit the case ace on the flop. Ezrol would now need the case king to knockout Sharaskin and take a massive chip lead of around 150,000 over the next highest player. However that king wouldn’t come as the turn and river were the and and Sharaskin doubled up to take the chip lead that he had earlier back.
