Glanville's Gone

The action folded to Jennifer Glanville who shoved from the cutoff with {Q-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}, but she found herself in strife after Xiu Deng snap-called out of the big blind with {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}.

Neither hand improved on the board of {9-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} and Glanville Day 2 is over. Deng is now in cruise control with more than 135,000 in chips.

Fisher Can't Find a Call

Karen Fisher opened for 7,000 from middle position and action folded around to Stacie Boehm in the cutoff, who pushed her remaining 21,500 into the middle. Fisher fell into the tank.

"I'm getting two-to-one and it's not good enough," Fisher said. She eventually folded.

Fisher is down to 70,000 while Boehm has risen to 37,000.

Lindley Takes A Hit

Nivel 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Amy Rennert was down to her last 12,000 when she put it all in preflop. Christina Lindley was the only caller, and when the cards were flipped up, she saw that she was in great shape.

Lindley: {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}
Rennert: {a-Spades}{5-Spades}

Rennert asked the dealer for an ace, and sure enough, the {a-Hearts} popped right up in the window, as the flop came out {a-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}. The turn came the {7-Diamonds}, changing nothing since neither player held a diamond. The river brought the {6-Diamonds}, and Rennert doubled up to 26,000, while Lindley was knocked down to 27,000.

McDonald Doubles Through Baker

From the UTG +1 position, Linda McDonald open-shoved for 24,700 and the action folded around to Amanda Baker, who called with {K-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts} but found herself way behind McDonald's {K-Spades}{K-Hearts}.

The dealer spread a rather uneventful board of {6-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{3-Hearts}{J-Spades}{3-Spades} and McDonald doubled up to more than 60,000 in chips.

Strafford Taken Out

Nivel 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Xiu Deng came in for a raise on the button, and Helene Strafford was the only caller in the small blind. The flop came out {3-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{k-Clubs}, and a short stack Strafford got the rest of her chips in against Deng. The cards were flipped, and it was virtually a coin flip.

Deng: {4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}
Strafford: {q-Diamonds}{8-Spades}

Strafford had mid pair while Deng had bottom pair and a flush draw. The turn provided no help, coming the {k-Diamonds}, but the {a-Clubs} spiked on the river, giving Deng a winning flush, and jumping her up to 104,000.

McColligan Busts Herzali

Just after Erica Sumner's elimination, the cry of "All in and call," went up from table 292 once again. This time, it was Sarah Herzali at risk with {A-}{9-}, but Valerie McColligan had picked up a monster in the form of {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}.

The flop of {Q-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and the turn of the {8-Diamonds} was all that was needed to end Herzali's tournament life. McColligan is now up to more than 100,000.

Brown Doubles Through Billings

Traci Brown moved all in for just under 10,000 from the cutoff and was called by Lauren Billings from the small.

Brown: {J-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}
Billings: {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}

The board came {A-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} and Brown started chanting, "Jack! Jack! Jack!"

Sure enough, a {J-Hearts} completed the board and gave Brown the best hand with a pair of jacks, doubling her up to 20,000.

Billings is down to 58,000.

Sumner Shut Out

Nivel 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

The action folded around to The Man who raised to 5,500 from the cutoff before the flop; Erica Sumner then shoved from the big blind for an additional 39,700 with {4-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}. The Man called, tabling {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}.

The board ran out {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{6-Clubs} and Sumner shook her head. "I really thought he was making a move on me," she muttered as she collected her payout slip.

With The Man now inside the top 50 players, the tension amongst all those around him is so thick, you could cut it with a knife. This could get nasty.
