Facey Not Two-Facey

Nivel 4 : 75/150, 0 ante

The Ladies Championship has been characterized as friendly, compassionate, and supportive, which we recently saw demonstrated over at April Facey's table. We caught the action on the flop of {2-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{5-Spades} when the small blind had checked and Facey bet 1,000 from the button.

The small blind had picked up her hand to double-check her cards, at which point Facey accidentally caught a glimpse of her opponent's holdings. Before Facey could say anything, the small blind made the call. "I have to tell you that I just saw your hand," Facey said as the {9-Clubs} was put out on the turn. "I have you beat and am going to save you some money."

The small blind checked and Facey bet 1,000, reiterating that she had the best hand. The small blind realized she had lifted her cards too high and folded {A-}{3-}. Facey showed {4-}{4-} for the better hand. Friendly, compassionate, and supportive, indeed!
