Mortensen Mucks to Sabic

Pot-Limit Omaha

Sebastien Sabic raised to 1,600 in early position and got three-bet to 5,500 by Carlos Mortensen in the hijack. Sabic made the call and both players checked the {7-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{3-Spades} flop. On the {Q-Spades} turn, Sabic bet 8,000 and Mortensen called. The river came the {6-Hearts} and Sabic bet 21,000. Mortensen went into the tank and asked for a count of how much Sabic had left which was 68,900. After quite some time, Mortensen finally made the call and Sabic announced "full house" as he showed {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{10-Clubs} for threes full of queens. Mortensen mucked his hand and Sabic raked in the pot.

Arieh Picks Off Antonius

Nivel 4

Pot-Limit Omaha

With the board reading {K-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} and with what looked to be roughly 40,000 in the pot, Patrik Antonius bet 32,000. Josh Arieh looked hesitant for about a minute, but made the call. Antonius tapped the table, prompting Arieh to turn over {A-Hearts}{A-Spades}{K-Clubs}{Q-Spades} for aces and fives. Antonius checked his cards again, but placed them in the muck.

Antonius slipped to about 118,000, while Arieh chipped up to nearly 190,000.

Cya Sointula

Nivel 4

Pot-Limit Omaha

Jani Sointula led out for 5,500 with the board reading {5-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}. Yan Chen raised to 15,500, Sointula re-raised to 38,500, and Chen moved all in. Sointula called.

Sointula: {10-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
Chen: {5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}

Chen's flopped full house had Sointula in bad shape, and he couldn't make a bigger boat in the turn ({4-Spades}) or the river ({7-Hearts}), eliminating him from the tournament.

Pot-Limit Omaha

From middle position, Sorel Mizzi raised to 1,500 and found a caller in the cutoff, as well as James Bord in the big blind. The turn was the {j-Diamonds} and Bord check-called again when Mizzi bet 8,800.

The river was the {8-Hearts} and Mizzi threw in a chip worth 25,000. Bord did not waste too much time making the call and tabled {k-Spades}{7-Hearts}{6-Spades}{5-Spades} for a straight. Mizzi couldn't beat it and Bord was shipped the pot.

Bord now sits with 230,000 while Mizzi is down to 115,000.
