Kimberrrr! Sands Drops Down

It was folded around to David Sands on the button who potted to 10,500. Jeff Kimber then re-potted to 33,000 from the big blind and Sands quickly raised all in. Kimber called for his 37,000 total and his tournament life would be at risk as the two flipped their hands.

Kimber: {A-Hearts}{9-Spades}{4-Clubs}{2-Clubs}
Sands: {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{3-Hearts}

The board ran out {A-Spades}{6-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{10-Spades}{8-Diamonds} to give Kimber the scoop and the double.

Nutsinho Donezo

We missed the hand but saw Richard ‘Nutsinho’ Lyndaker on his way out while Brandon Paster raked in the chips to move up the leaderboard.

Swingy Table #278

Nivel 15 : 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

Ali Eslami and Eoghan Odea got all their chips in with Sorel Mizzi making the call to put both of them at risk.

Eslami: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{4-Spades}
Odea: {a-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{2-Spades}
Mizzi: {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}

The board ran out {8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{4-Clubs}. In the end Mizzi lost a lot of chips and was down to just 20,500. Eslami, on the other hand reached 85,000 while Odea has just 20,000.

However, a couple of hands later Mizzi doubled back up to 43,000. A few hands after that Ali Eslami got his {a-}{10-}{7-}{2-} all in against the {a-}{q-}{j-}{4-} of his opponent on a {a-}{10-}{4-} board. The turn was a {9-} and the river was a {4-} which eliminated Eslami.

Seidel Survives to Double

The big blind was on Nick Schulman but he wasn’t there due to receiving what appeared to be a one round penalty for using the F-Word in a sentence towards Fabrizio Gonzalez when the two exchanged words. As for the hand, Gonzalez limped in middle position as did the hijack and David Sands in the cutoff. The action was then on Erik Seidel who potted to 19,500 on the button and only the hijack called.

On the {K-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{7-Clubs} flop, the hijack set Seidel all in for his last 15,500 who didn’t look to happy but made the call anyways.

Seidel: {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{2-Clubs}
Hijack: {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{10-}{2-Spades}

The hijack was in prime positon to knockout Seidel who picked up some additional outs on the {6-Spades} turn. The river was the {10-Spades} to give the hijack two pair...but it also gave Seidel Broadway as he doubled up.

With Bill Gazes and Sands having recently joined the table, it will certainly be one to watch from here on out.
