David Bach doubled up.

David Bach opened with a raise in middle position but Vanessa Rousso reraised to 42,000 on the button. Action passed back to Bach and he moved all in. Rousso tanked for a short while before calling.

Bach: {A-Spades} {A-Hearts}
Rousso: {A-Clubs} {K-Spades}

"I almost folded," Rousso said as the cameras swarmed the table. The board ran {J-Hearts} {6-Diamonds} {8-Hearts} {4-Diamonds} {6-Hearts} and Bach doubled to around 400,000.

Jaffe "Wakes Up to Aces"

Jonathan Jaffe open-shoved for his last 49,500, and a gentleman called in late position.

"Woke up with aces," Jaffe told him.

"Really?" the man responded sadly.

"No, just kidding," he said, turning over {k-Spades}{10-Diamonds}. His opponent opened up {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}.

Jaffe jumped into the lead when the flop fell {2-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{10-Spades}, and faded his opponents outs on the turn ({7-Spades}) and the river ({7-Hearts}) to double up.

Poirier Gets Deep Fried

Nivel 17 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Fried Meulders has doubled his short stack up to around 160,000 after getting all in with {A-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} against Patrick Poirier's {K-Clubs}{6-Clubs} in a blind on blind battle. The board came {4-Spades}{5-Spades}{9-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} and with no pair for either player, Meulder's ace high was still good, Poirier continues having a bad day as he drops below 400,000.

Cheong and Jace Clash

Joseph Cheong
Joseph Cheong

The player under the gun raised preflop, making it 14,000 to go. Action folded around to Joseph Cheong who made the call from the big blind. Daryl Jace decided to three-bet from the big blind, making it 51,000. The player under the gun tanked for about a minute before calling and Cheong quickly called as well.

The three players saw a flop of {8-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}. Cheong checked and Jace continued out with a bet of 75,000. The player under the gun folded and Cheong made the call.

The turn brought the {2-Diamonds} and Cheong checked once again. Jace decided to slow down on this street and checked behind. Fifth street brought the {3-Hearts} and Cheong checked for a third time. Jace checked once more and Cheong tabled {J-Spades}{9-Spades}. Jace shook his head and mucked his hand while Cheong scooped in a nice sized pot.

Manoj Managing Just Fine

Nivel 17 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Manoj Viswanathan opened with a raise to 22,500 from middle position, then David Marshall reraised all in from the hijack for 66,500 total. It folded back around to Viswanathan who thought for about a half-minute, then made the call.

Viswanathan showed {K-Spades}{Q-Clubs} and Marshall {A-Spades}{8-Spades}. The flop came {Q-Hearts}{10-Spades}{8-Diamonds}, pairing Viswanathan. The {Q-Diamonds} on the turn made him trips, making the {6-Hearts} on the river no matter.

Marshall joins the line of players heading toward the cashier's cage, while Viswanathan is now way up to 950,000.
