Giannetti Can't Call Shove

Ben Lamb opened to 900,000 from under the gun, and Matt Giannetti three-bet to 2.4 million from middle position. The action folded back to Lamb who moved all in for effectively 11 million, and Giannetti snap-mucked his hand.

From middle position, Martin Staszko raised to 950,000. Phil Collins was the only caller and he made the call from the big blind to see the flop come down {J-Spades}{8-Spades}{5-Diamonds}. Collins checked and Staszko fired 1.025 million. Collins called.

The turn was the {2-Spades} and put a third spade on board. Collins and Staszko both checked to see the {5-Spades} complete the board on the river. With the board paired and four spades out there, both players checked.

Collins showed the {J-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}, but lost to Staszko's {Q-Clubs}{5-Clubs} for trips.
