Galen Hall Gets There

Nivel 8 : 200/400, 100 ante

Galen Hall called his opponents all in 6,000 chip bet holding {6-}{5-}{3-}{2-} drawing one against his opponents Ten-Seven. Any card between a Seven and Ten would give him the pot. Only taught after the hand how to best squeeze a card, Hall just flipped it over and it was the {7-Diamonds} giving him the pot.

Some Down Time

Nivel 7 : 150/300, 75 ante

Despite being a single draw game, Deuce to Seven isn't always the fast-paced game you might expect it to be. Often, during some of the longer hands, friends will find each other to have a quick chat about one thing or another.

Already we've heard talk about everyone's favorite topic, Full Tilt Poker, as well as a bet that may or may not have been made by Vanessa Selbst and Shaun Deeb.

Just now, Robert Williamson III left his table and found Jason Mercier. The two talked about Pot Limit Omaha and how these are all just warm ups for when the PLO tournaments begin over a week from now.

We will be sure to keep on the look out for some more of these fun conversations that are one of the poker world's best qualities.

Pearson Increasing His Lead

Nivel 7 : 150/300, 75 ante

Travis Pearson appears to be the biggest stack in the room and his lead is getting larger. On the button, Pearson made it 800 and the big blind raised it to 2,400. After some thought, he decided to call and his opponent drew one.

Pearson also drew cards and bet 2,000 when it was checked to him. His opponent called and Pearson revealed a Ten-Nine and took the pot. He now has 42,000.

ElkY Adds to Stack

Nivel 7 : 150/300, 75 ante
Bertrand Grospellier

Tim Pham opened to 800 preflop and Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier reraised all in to cover, the big blind was priced in and Pham got out of the way.

"I'll need three please," said the big blind as "ElkY" rapped pat, "uh-oh, that's not good."

Elky turned over {9-}{7-}{4-}{3-}{2-} and the big blind flipped his {5-}{4-}, "I'm live!" he said then turned over the {8-}, "Still live!" but then he flipped the {A-} and {K-} and was eliminated.

"ElkY" hasn't won a tournament for nearly four weeks, he must be getting restless.
