Mercier Busts Juanda

Jason Mercier raised to 5,200 in the cutoff, Paul Volpe called on the button, Ashton Griffin called out of the small blind, and John Juanda three-bet to 24,200 from the big blind. Mercier four-bet to 47,000, Volpe and Griffin quickly folded, and Juanda tanked for well over 90 seconds before folding as well.

An orbit later, Mercier again raised to 5,200 in the cutoff. Juanda reraised to 15,500 in the big blind, Mercier four-bet to 32,100, and Juanda tank-called. Juanda drew one, Mercier stood pat, and Juanda moved all in.

Mercier let out a sigh before calling, but Juanda told him he was good, revealing a low. Mercier fanned , and dragged the pot.
