Hands #99-104: Heimiller Keeps Up The Pressure
Hand #99: David Smith raised to 375,000 and won the pot uncontested.
Hand #100: Donald Maas raised to 250,000 and Dan Heimiller called. The 
flop got checked through and Maas check-folded the 
turn after the 250,000 bet of Heimiller.
Hand #101: Heimiller raised to 300,000 from the small blind. Smith folded the big blind.
Hand #102: Heimiller made it 300,000 to go, Maas called out of the big blind. On the 
flop, Heimiller took it down with a continuation bet of 300,000.
Hand #103: Maas limped from the small blind and Heimiller checked. Both player proceeded to check the 
flop. On the turn, Maas bet 300,000 and then folded when Heimiller raised it up to 750,000.
Hand #104: Maas raised to 250,000 and Smith called in the big blind. Both players checked until the 
river. Smith bet 500,000 and quickly folded when Maas raised to two million.
