Divkovic Destroys Le

Nivel 14 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

[Removed:480] opened to 4,000 under the gun and the action folded to Allan Le on the button. Le flat-called putting the action on Russell Crane in the small blind. After a brief pause, Crane squeezed to 10,500, a bet that left him only 19,300 behind.

The big blind folded and Divkovic moved all-in for 58,000. Le then called all-in and Crane was left with a major decision to make. Crane settled on a fold and the two all-in players revealed their hands.

Divkovic: {A-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}
Le: {K-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}

Divkovic took the lead on the {A-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{9-Spades} flop and stayed there on the {3-Diamonds} turn and {6-Hearts} river, sending Le to the cashier's desk and boosting his stack close to 100,000 chips.

Treccharichi Active

Nivel 14 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Right after a hand where we observed Walter Treccarichi folding to a five-bet shove and surrendering 24,500, he was right back at it when he opened to 4,200 and received a call from the big blind.

The flop was {9-Spades}{10-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} and Treccarichi bet 4,800 after a check from his opponent and it was called. The turn was the {8-Hearts} and both players checked. After the river {j-Hearts} and a check from his opponent, Treccarichi bet 13,000, which was met with a raise to 35,000.

Treccharichi called and his opponent called out "board," referencing the straight that was out there and Treccarichi turned over {k-Spades}{q-Clubs} for the higher straight.

Collins Stacks Them High

Nivel 14 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

We arrived at the table to see a huge four-bet to 27,000 in front of Phil Collins and the player to his left tanking. His opponent eventually pushed all in and Collins called with {j-Hearts}{j-Spades} to {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}. The race was on and the jacks held on {q-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{7-Hearts}. Collins now has one of the biggest stacks in the room.

Phil Collins

Prior to this event, Phil Collins had four 2014 WSOP cashes to his name including a final table appearance in Event #12. He's now got five cashes this summer and in the hunt for another final table as he has 160,500 chip in front of him right now.

Also nicely poised for a run at the final table are two-time WSOP bracelet winner John "World" Hennigan and Italian sensation Mustapha Kanit who have 160,000 and 153,000 chips respectively.

PokerNews sat down with Kanit before the WSOP in an exclusive interview that you can read here.

Portland Pals

Nivel 14 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

It's no easy feat to survive to the last 100 players in a tournament with over 2,000 entrants. But two friends from Oregon are not only surviving, but thriving here deep in the event. Darin Stout and Jim Rostel both play at the same poker club in Portland, Oregon and have stacks that give either of them plenty of opportunity to make it all the way to the final table.
