Tran No Longer the Man

Nivel 18 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante
JC Tran's run was ended by Thayer Rasmussen.
JC Tran's run was ended by Thayer Rasmussen.

JC Tran shoved his last 30,000 or so all in from middle position, and Thayer Rasmussen pushed all-in from the next spot. Everyone else mucked.

Tran: {q-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Rasmussen: {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}

Rasmussen had last year's November Niner dominated, and Tran found nothing but disappointment on the {4-Clubs}{a-Spades}{5-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{9-Clubs} community.

Not Loving the Flop

Nivel 18 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante
Jeff Gross got a lucky flop.
Jeff Gross got a lucky flop.

Jeff Gross opened for 16,000 in the cutoff, and Carlos Loving repopped it to 40,000 on the button. Gross announced a raise, placed the 40,000 in, then informed the dealer he was all in. Loving called.

Loving: {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}
Gross: {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}

"Such a cooler," Gross said. He let out a soft whistle moments later as the dealer unveiled the flop: {10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}. The {2-Spades} was a brick turn, and paint hit the river but it was the {k-Clubs}. Loving sent 87,000 total to his right.

Can't Cut Krista

Nivel 18 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante

Krista Tellier is the lone female left in the field and will be around a little longer after she got the best of a race with Mickey Petersen.

She open shoved {6-Clubs}{6-Spades} for almost 50,000 and Petersen reshoved for boatloads more to isolate with {a-Spades}{q-Spades}.

Heads-up they watched as a {7-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{10-Clubs} board was revealed, ensuring Tellier's double.
