Hands #38-42: Goodmiller Takes One From Katz

Nivel 25 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Hand #38: Reed Goodmiller opened for 60,000 and Michael Katz called. The blinds folded flop {j-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{k-Clubs}. Goodmiller bet 70,000 and Katz called to see the turn {a-Spades}. Goodmiller bet 130,000 and Katz again called. The river was the [3] and now Goodmiller checked. Katz checked and Goodmiller showed {k-}{j-} for two pair. Katz mucked.

Hand #39: Heinz Kamutzki made it 65,000 and Ryan Welch called on the button. Andrew Rennhack in the big blind made it 280,000 and took it down.

Hand #40: Kamutzki made it 65,000 from under the gun and Michael Katz raised it to 180,000. It folded back round to Kamutzki who mulled it over before folding.

Hand #41: Goodmiller in the small blind raised to 80,000 and big blind Kamutzki folded.

Hand #42: Andrew Rennhack made it 60,000 and won the blinds and antes.

Hand #33: Ryan Welch moved all in from the button and the blinds folded.

Hand #34: Ryan Welch raised to 65,000 and took the blinds and antes.

Hand #35: Michael Katz raised to 60,000 from under the gun and everyone folded.

Hand #36: Action folded around to Heinz Kamutzki in the small blind and he called. Michael Katz checked his option and the flop was the {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}, Kamutzki bet 35,000 and Katz folded.

Hand #37: Reed Goodmiller opened to 60,000 and Michael Katz three-bet to 155,000 from the small blind. Ryan Welch got out of the way from the big blind and Goodmiller four-bet all in to 860,000. After some deliberation, Katz folded.

Hand #28 Ryan Welch opened for 60,000 and took the blinds and antes.

Hand #29 Andrew Rennhack made it 60,000 and it was his turn to collect the blinds and antes.

Hand #30 Reed Goodmiller on the button made it 60,000 Heinz Kamutzki made it 170,000 from the small blind and Michael Katz in the big blind moved all in. Katz took it down with the four-bet.

Hand #31 Andrew Rennhack opened for 60,000 and was passed the blinds and antes as everyone folded.

Hand #32 Reed Goodmiller opened for 60,000 and Michael Katz on the button raised to 145,000. Ryan Welch in the small blind raised to 235,000. Goodmiller folded and Katz moved all in. Welch took his time, looked back at his cards and had the bet pulled in so he could see how much more he had to call and eventually he did call the extra 800,000.

Welch had {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds} and the at risk Katz showed {j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}.

The cards ran out {j-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{9-Spades}{k-Spades} and Katz doubled up.

Hand #26: Action folded around to Ryan Welch in the small blind who called and Tony Gargano checked his option. the flop was the {k-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{8-Hearts} and both players checked. The Turn was the {6-Diamonds}, Welch bet 30,000 and Gargano called. The river was the {4-Hearts} and Welch bet 45,000. Gargano called, but mucked after Welch tabled {k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} for the flush.

Hand #27: Reed Goodmiller raised to 51,000 from under the gun and Heinz Kamutzki called right behind. The flop was the {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{j-Spades} and Goodmiller bet 51,000 and Kamutzki folded.

Hand: #23 Andrew Rennhack made it 50,000 from the button. Goodmiller raised him to 117,000. Kamutzki made it 228,000 from the big blind. Rennhack folded as did Goodmiller.

Eiland had a chance to stay alive if he could just hit a club on the river but it was not to be and he was eliminated right after being down to his last few chips.

Hands #17-20: Rennhack Doubles Huge Through Eiland

Hand #17: Michael Katz opened to 50,000 from under the gun and everyone folded.

Hand #18: Ryan Welch raised to 50,000 from under the gun and everyone folded.

Hand #19: Heinz Kamutzki opened to 50,000 from the button and the blinds folded.

Hand #20: Andrew Rennhack raised to 50,000 and Geremy Eiland called. The flop was {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and Rennhack bet 80,000. Eiland called and the turn was the {6-Hearts}. Rennhack checked and Eiland bet 250,000 and Rennhack moved all in for 796,000.

Rennhack fairly quickly made the call and turned over {a-Hearts}{8-Hearts} for top pair, but was dominated by the {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} of Rennhack. He was looking for one of two eights on the river, but it didn’t come as the {10-Diamonds} completed board and gave Rennhack the flush.

Rennhack took a huge pot and left Eiland with just a couple big blinds.
