Pollak Doubles

Nivel 15 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Benjamin Pollak shoved his short stack to the middle from the hijack position. Small blind Nabih Zaczac made the call and the big blind folded.

Pollak had the best of it with [AKhKs], Zaczac had some catching up to do with {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}.

The {J-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{5-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}-board would bring Zaczac nog help, and he was left severely short stacked.

Wright Stuff

Nivel 15 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Larry Wright checked to Josh Arieh on a flop of {3-Spades}{2-Spades}{8-Spades}, and he tossed out two pink T5,000 chips. Wright called.

The turn was the {a-Diamonds}, both players checked, and the {2-Diamonds} completed the board. Wright led out for 15,000, Arieh raised to 40,000, and Wright moved all in for an additional 40,000.

Arieh sigh-called, then mucked when Wright showed {a-Spades}{5-Spades} for a flopped flush.

"Waddaya doing, Josh?" Wright asked Arieh, who remained silent.

The River Check-Raise

Nivel 15 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Dario Sammartino opened the button to 5,200 and Matt Waxman in the small blind and Philipp Gruissem in the big blind made the call.

All three of them checked the {5-Spades}{Q-Spades}{A-Hearts} flop and they also checked the {4-Hearts} on the turn. The river was the {Q-Clubs} and Waxman and Gruissem checked once again. Sammartino bet out 6,000, and Waxman made it 17,000. Gruissem folded and Sammartino made the call after some thinking.

Waxman showed {K-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds} and that was good enough to take it down, Sammartino mucked.

Break

Nivel 14 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Twenty minute break for the players. The clock will start counting down those twenty minutes right after this color up is done.

"Chop-Chop?"

Nivel 14 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Philipp Gruissem was heads up with Erick Lindgren on a completed board of {8-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{q-Hearts}, and Lindren had what appeared to be a half-pot bet of 43,000 sitting in front of him. Gruissem was deep in the tank.

"Ohhhhhhhhhhh, Erick," Gruissem sighed. "Chop-chop?"

Lindgren didn't respond.

Finally, the German committed the necessary chips to make the call, and Lindgren, who won the $5,000 buy-in six-handed event in 2013, turned over {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}.

"Chop," he said.

There was a beat, and then all six players burst into laughter. Lindgren pulled in the pot, chipping up to 220,000, and Gruissem dropped to around 190,000.

Parker Bossing Racener Around

Nivel 14 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

John Racener opened for 5,200 from the hijack/under the gun position on the five-handed table. The cutoff and button both made the call and the small blind folded. Brock Parker, who won his third bracelet two weeks ago, made it 22,900 from the big blind. Action back on Racener who four-bet to 49,200 with 131,100 behind.

The cutoff and button folded, and it was up to Parker again. He eyed Racener's stack, and then announced all in. Racener frowned, and then folded.

Right after that hand the table broke. Parker needed three racks to transport his stack to his new table.
