flop, Cogliano bet 75,000 and folded when Boyd raised it up to 200,000.
Hand #111: Cogliano limped from the small blind and then check-folded on the 
flop, when Boyd made it 40,000 to go.
Hand #112: Boyd raised to 120,000 from the small blind and folded to a three-bet of 265,000 by Steven Norden.
