John Monnette raised from the button and was called by the big blind. The flop came 
and the player in the big blind checked. Monnette bet and his opponent check-raised. Monnette made the call. The player in the big blind would lead out on both the 
turn and river and Monnette would call both times. Monnette's opponent tabled 
for the turned nut flush and Monnette mucked.
