Welcome Back, Ylon

Nivel 11 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Ylon Schwartz got his stack of 16,900 chips in preflop with {7-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} and got called by an opponent with {A-}{K-}. The board ran out {J-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{9-Clubs} and the former November Niner is back in the game.

Fauteux Doubles

Nivel 11 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

The last level on a new table seems to have taken a toll on the stack of Julien Fauteux. He just three-bet shoved into an open raise and John Twyman made the call out of the small blind, the initial raiser folded.

It was a flip with {A-}{Q-} against the {6-Clubs}{6-Spades} of the Canadian and he made a straight on the {4-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Diamonds} board to stay alive.

Kamutzki Talks Himself Into Call

Nivel 11 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

The {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{4-Spades} board was already complete and Heinz Kamutzki was faced with a bet of 3,000 by an opponent. Both started talking and ultimately the German ended up tossing in the chips only to muck when shown {J-Spades}{8-Spades}.

The Home Stretch

Nivel 11 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Level 11 has begun, the final level of the day, and these players are showing their exhaustion after a long day. With just 270 players remaining, we won't be too far off the money when play is halted tonight, as 198 of these players get paid.

Prendiville Keeps Crushing, Lövgren Doubles

Nivel 10 : 400/800, 100 ante

Whenever we walk back to the table of Sean Prendiville, he seems to have more chips. Right now he made another 20,000 in profit and sits on a very healthy stack of 72,000 chips.

It was rather silent at the table of Sofia Lövgren but the young Swedish poker pro doubled up with {4-}{4-} versus {A-}{Q-} to get closer to an average stack once again.

Kuo Gets Crushed

Nivel 10 : 400/800, 100 ante

After betting and getting a call on a flop of {9-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{9-Spades}, Kitty Kuo went to the turn with one opponent. The turn card was the {4-Spades} and the other player pushed all in. Kuo made the call with the smaller stack, risking her tournament life, holding {a-Spades}{q-Hearts} for two pairs. But she was drawing dead to the {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs} of her opponent for flopped quad nines. Kuo grabbed her sparkly backpack and headed for the exit.

Glazier Loses Some, Apmann All

Nivel 10 : 400/800, 100 ante

Jackie Glazier just had a short stack at risk for what looked like 7,000 chips but her {A-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds} could not improve versus {K-Spades}{K-Clubs}.

Even worse was the final hand for Adrian Apmann, who started the level with 25 big blinds. Those are now exactly zero because he ran with {A-}{K-} into pocket aces after a preflop all in.
