Queen-Low Wins For Luneau

Nivel 15 : 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

Justin Bonomo raised from under the gun and found a call from Alexandre Luneau in the big blind. Luneau drew two cards on the first draw while Bonomo opted for one. Luneau checked, Bonomo bet, and Luneau called to see the second draw.

Both took one on the second draw and both checked their option. They each took one card on the final draw and Luneau checked. Bonomo bet out and Luneau flung out a call. Bonomo showed that he paired nines and Luneau rolled over {Q-}{8-}{4-}{3-}{2-} for a winning queen-low. Luneau now has 43,000 in chips while Bonomo has fallen to 207,000.

Sergey Rybachenko raised from the cutoff and Mike Peltekci made it three bets from the button. The blinds folded and Rybachenko called. The Russian stood pat while Peltekci drew two new cards. Rybachenko fired out a bet and Peltekci called all in for his last 500.

Rybachenko stood pat on all three draws while Peltekci took two on the second draw and one on the third. Rybachenko fanned a pat {8-}{7-}{6-}{4-}{2-} and Peltekci could not beat it. His hand was mucked before we got the chance to see it and the start-of-day chip leader was eliminated from play.

Rybachenko now has 268,000 in chips.
