Hunter Gets Lucky to Treble Up

Nivel 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Hunter Cichy can breathe more easily now that he has 111,000 chips in front of him, courtesy of a very fortunate treble up.

Jason Vanstrom raised, Nipun Java flatted and Cichy squeezed all in for 36,000. Vanstrom then reshoved and Java called, creating a huge pot.

Vanstrom: {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}
Java: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}
Cichy: {5-Spades}{5-Diamonds}

"Just take them now!" said Cichy about his lowly pocket fives, but it's a good thing they weren't because the board ran {9-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{8-Spades}{6-Diamonds}, gifting Cichy an unlikely straight. Vanstrom busted in the hand and Java lost a decent chunk of his stack.

Kamutzki Kaputzki

Nivel 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

We caught the action after a flop of {9-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and Heinz Kamutzki was all in against Michael Coleman.

Kamutzki: {a-Spades}{9-Spades}
Coleman: {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}

Kamutzki stayed safe on the {8-Diamonds} turn, but the {9-Hearts} river gave Coleman the flush and Kamutzki hit the rail.

Herm Going Deep In His First Event of the Summer

Nivel 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Jared Jaffee raised to 5,100 from the cutoff and the action passed to Mark Herm in the small blind. Herm three-bet to 15,200 and Jaffee let his hand go.

We have been informed that this is Herm's first event of the 2014 World Series of Poker and the online legend is looking good for a very deep run. Online, Herm is better-known as Dipthrong online where he has banked over $4.4 million in cashes. Here he is guaranteed another $5,316 at least.

We've also bumped into Germany's Felix Trau who has secured his first 2014 WSOP cash and has around 230,000 chips at his disposal.

Chip Check

Nivel 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Jacobson's Aggression Wins Him a Pot

Nivel 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Dan Kelly raised to 6,000 and was three-bet by David Jacobson on the button. Kelly called and then checked on the {7-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} flop. Jacobson checked behind.

Kelly checked again when the {K-Spades} made an appearance on the turn, Jacobson bet and Kelly called. The river was the {Q-Diamonds} and Kelly checked once more, but when Jacobson bet 21,500, Kelly instantly folded.
