Matt Haugen asserted himself immediately here on Day 2c, putting in a preflop reraise to 20,000 before even stacking his chips, the last in what appeared to be a raising war between Haugen in the big blind and an opponent in the cutoff. The cutoff called, and Haugen fired 17,000 more on the 
flop. His opponent quickly folded, ceding the pot to Haugen.
