Gabriele Passaro had gotten his stack of around 60,000 into the middle and Philipp Hartwig had shoved behind for 180,000. Marcello Manganiello was contemplating whether to call but elected to fold and showed A♦K♦ face up.

"Nooo," said Passaro as he saw the A♥ in the window of the flop.
"YESSSSS," he shouted as the 4♣7♣ followed it, which improved him to a set. However, Hartwig had picked up a flush draw and completed it on the 2♣ turn, yet Passaro hadn't seen it as he had turned away from the table upon realizing he hit a set. When Passaro turned back, he saw the J♣ land on the river and then understood that he had been eliminated.
Michael Sklenicka moved all in for 24,000 in middle position and Cedric Schwaederle called on the button.

Schwaederle hit top pair on the Q♠9♣7♣ flop, while the 8♣ turn gave Sklenicka outs to a straight. "Jack," he pleaded, but he instead caught the 10♦ to make a set. "Ten is good too," he said as he doubled up.
"In the Mini Main I was down to two big blinds, spun it up, went down to two big blinds, spun it up. I ended up cashing," Sklenicka told his tablemates.
"Thanks for telling us that min-cash story," Andras Nemeth replied.
"I was going to come here for that, but I thought there was no way I could stay here that long," Nick Palma added.
There were already around 65,000 chips in the pot on a board of J♠3♥9♥10♦ when Paolo Boi fired 27,000. Ran Shahar folded, and Christian Schneider called.
A 5♠ fell on the turn and Boi slowed down with a check, then after a prolonged time thinking, Schneider checked back.
Boi then tabled the nuts with K♣Q♦ for a straight, and Schneider mucked, but will be happy with his check back.
Arriving on a flop of 10♦8♣4♣, Gyula Rapolti checked from middle position to Adi Rajkovic on the button. Rajkovic added 25,000 to the pot of 60,000, which Rapolti called.
The 7♣ turn was then checked through before Rajkovic jammed all in on the 4♦ river after Rapolti had checked. Rapolit asked for a count and tanked for a minute or so before making the call.
Rajkovic stood up as he tabled 7♠6♠ for a pair of sevens, while Rapolti had called the big shove of 154,000 with A♣J♣ for a flush. He raked in the pot and soared in the counts while Rajkovic was eliminated.
Kristen Foxen was also seated at this table with a short stack, but was busted not long after Rajkovic had departed.
Traian Stanciu raised to 6,000 from early position and Manoe Betrix three-bet to 15,000 from the hijack. When it folded back to Stanciu he called with roughly 45,000 behind.
Stanciu checked the 7♦6♦10♥ flop and Betrix bet 18,000. Stanciu check-jammed for 45,000 which Betrix called.

Betrix had kings, but Stanciu had a monster combo draw. The 3♦ turn put Stanciu ahead with a flush and he just had to avoid a fourth diamond to double-up. The A♥ hit the river and Stanciu won the pot with a flush.
Around 100,000 was in the pot as Niklas Astedt and Darko Svesko went heads-up to a flop of K♦10♠3♥. Astedt then bet 8,000 from early position and Svesko called in the hijack.
Astedt slowed down and checked the 10♥ turn as Svesko bet 35,000. Astedt called and checked again on the 4♣ river, where Svesko moved all in. Astedt snap-called for 77,000.
Svesko showed J♣J♠, but Astedt had K♠K♥ for a full house as he doubled up.
At another table, George Tomescu and Panagiotis Mavritsakis were at the river with around 200,000 in the pot on a board of Q♦5♠7♦2♠3♣. Tomescu then bet 140,000 from the big blind and Mavritsakis called on the button. Tomescu showed 5♣5♥ for a set and Mavritsakis surrendered the massive pot.
Abdullah Selcuk had raised the cutoff then Gab Yong Kim shoved from the button for 46,500. When it got back to Selcuk, he called.

An all-club flop of 7♣5♣Q♣ saw both players pick up a flush draw, but it was Kim who still had the upper hand. An A♠ hit the turn, which left Selcuk with only three outs to eliminate the South Korean player, but the A♦ river gave Kim trips.
