Luc Ramos

Both Dennis Jung and Luc Ramos had put in 160,000 preflop to see the KJQ flop, where Jung check-called a bet of 145,000 from Ramos.

On the 3 turn, Jung checked again, then Ramos fired around 525,000. Jung shoved for a little more, and Ramos quickly called.

Luc Ramos: KK

Jung had outs to a straight but the 2 was the brickiest card in the deck, which meant he was eliminated a few hands after the final break.

Tan's Pocket Threes Get Overruled

Nivel 25 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Sitting on the button, Maurice Tan decided to go all-in with his pocket threes, 33. Luc Ramos, sitting in the small blind, called him with KQ.

At first, it looked like Tan was in good shape when the flop came out 966. But then things took a turn when the K hit on the turn, giving Ramos the upper hand with a better pair.

Tan must have been praying for another three to save him, but luck wasn’t on his side. The river showed the J, and just like that, Tan was out of the tournament.
