Rozhanovskyi and Acar Flip a Coin

Nivel 17 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Ercan Acar raised to 27,000 from middle position and was called by Daniël Lakerveld in the hijack & Cristian Dinu Cirja in the cutoff before Borys Rozhanovskyi shoved for around 270,000 from the big blind. Acar was thinking for a while before he decided to call, then Lakerveld and Cirja both folded.

Borys Rozhanovskyi: AQ All in
Ercan Acar: 99

Rozhanovskyi paired his queen on the Q74 flop then improved to trips on the Q turn. Acar needed a nine on the river to snatch the pot away but the K was a brick, and Rozhanovskyi raked in the pot.

Ju Left Short-Stacked by Cantec

Nivel 17 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Samuel Ju
Samuel Ju

Amza Cantec opened from the cutoff then Samuel Ju shoved from the button for a little over 200,000. When it got back to Cantec, he called off his stack of 204,000.

Amza Cantec: AK All in
Samuel Ju: AJ

Ju was in danger of losing the majority of his stack and got no help from the 2Q2 flop. Cantec paired his king on the K turn, which also gave Ju a Broadway draw, however the 9 river didn't change anything.

Budin Drills the River to Bust Calvaresi

Nivel 17 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Heads-up on a flop of 1034, Davide Calvaresi bet 55,000 from the cutoff before Daniel Budin raised to 120,000 in the small blind. Calvaresi moved all in for 180,000 and Budin called.

Davide Calvaresi: A10 All in
Daniel Budin: Q4

Calvaresi was ahead with his pair of tens, while Budin needed to improve with just a pair of fours. The J turn left Calvaresi a card away from a double up, but Budin spiked the 4 on the river to make trips and send Calvaresi to the rail.

"I was hoping he was just c-betting and missed. I miscalculated completely," Budin said after the hand.

Nivel 17 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Franz Doblinger, sitting in middle position, decided to push all-in with his remaining 57,000 chips, and Arturo Paduano, in the big blind, made the call.

Doblinger revealed QQ, while Paduano turned over QJ.

As the board came down 94265, it provided no help to Paduano's hand, allowing Doblinger’s pocket queens to hold strong.

Diachok Snap-Calls Lalinovci's River Bluff

Nivel 17 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Nazar Diachok
Nazar Diachok

There were already around 400,000 chips in the middle with a full board of 272AK showing when Nazar Diachok checked it over to his opponent in the hand, Besnik Lalinovci. After some thinking, Lalinovci grabbed a stack of chips and bet 392,000 into the pot. Before the dealer could even finish counting out the bet, Diachok had tossed in a chip and called at lightning speed.

Lalinovci was hesitant to show, perhaps shocked at the speed at which Diachok called, but he eventually rolled over 98 for just nine-high. Diachok had that beat with his A7 and raked in the big pot, which sent his stack soaring to around 1,500,000.

Voss’ Aces Cracked by Dota’s Set

Nivel 17 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Christian Voss
Christian Voss

Antonio Fragale kicked off the action from early position with a raise to 25,000. Victor Dota, sitting on the button, made the call, while Christian Voss, in the small blind, moved all in for 237,000. The action returned to Fragale, who took his time contemplating the decision. After the floor was called to put him on the clock, Fragale finally folded.

It was now up to Dota. He glanced at Voss and asked if he wanted a call. Voss nodded, and Dota took it as a ‘yes,’ prompting him to make the call, and they went to showdown.

Voss confidently revealed AA, while Dota showed a much weaker 33.

Initially, Voss seemed pleased with the matchup, but his confidence quickly faded as the dealer turned the flop: J3K, giving Dota a set of threes. The turn and river didn’t change Voss’ fortunes, and his aces were cracked, leading to his elimination from the tournament.
