Duta made a quick call and a showdown was ordered.

Paduano Shoves on Nahm

Arturo Paduano raised to 275,000 from the button and Stephen Nahm three-bet to 810,000 out of the small blind. Paduano called.

Nahm continued with a bet of 750,000 on the 6♣Q♥9♦ flop and after a few moments, Paduano jammed for Nahm's remaining chips. Nahm quickly folded and forfeited the pot to Paduano.

The players then checked through the A♥9♣2♣ flop as well as the J♦ turn. Paduano checked for a third time on the 5♥ river, after which Cazacu bet 355,000.

Paduano snap called and was shown A♦8♣ by his opponent. His cards were added to the muck as the pot was awarded to Cazacu's top pair.

Ghashayar's Aces Help Him Double

Claudio Di Giacomo raised to 320,000 from middle position and Candido Cappiello three-bet to 1,000,000 out of the small blind. Iman Ghashayar four-bet to 2,085,000 from the big blind, which forced a fold from Di Giacomo, but a five-bet jam by Cappiello. Ghashayar snap-called for his remaining 4,000,000 chips and the cards were flipped over.

A cooler in the favor of Ghashayar, who just had to fade a brutal runout to double-up and become one of the biggest stacks in the room. The board ran out 3♥2♦10♠2♥3♦ and Ghashayar's aces hed up.

Vladas Burneikis raised to 320,000 in the hijack, Gary Tatavarti moved all in from the button, and Burneikis called for 1,920,000.

The board ran out 8♠8♦6♠7♠6♥ and Burneikis' nines held up to earn him a double up.

A few hands later at this table, Luc Ramos raised to 320,000 under the gun and Bogdan Tilica stuck in his last 540,000 in the hijack. Stephen Nahm reshoved for 1,490,000 in the small blind and Ramos called to put both players at risk.

All three players checked the 10♣9♠7♥ flop and the 7♠ fell on the turn. Yang then bet 500,000 and only Anastasakis called.

Yang checked the Q♣ river and Anastasakis bet 1,100,000. Yang called and Anastasakis turned over A♣7♣ for trip sevens to win the pot.

In a limped pot to the 3♣9♠7♠ flop, Arturo Paduano checked in the small blind to Stephen Nahm in the big blind, who bet the minimum of 160,000.

Paduano then raised to 600,000, whereafter Nahm jammed all in, covering Paduano's stack of 3,250,000 chips.

Paduano mulled things over momentarily before putting in the call for his tournament life.
