Carlos Diaz then three-bet to 350,000 in the cutoff and Tiago Peuguino moved all in for 1,520,000 in the small blind. Alvarez and Syzghanov quickly folded, but Diaz asked for a count before calling to create a massive pot with more than 3,000,000 at stake.

"You can't fold," Michaelangelo Serra added.

"Yes, of course. I'm going to call anyway," Diaz replied.

Diaz burned through a few of his time banks before calling for his last 2,560,000 with A♥10♣ for top pair, but Perez had flopped two pair with A♠9♣. The 9♥ river improved Perez to a full house and Diaz was sent to the rail in fourth place.
