Early Pain for Sharbanee, Yet Lucky to Be Alive

Nivel 1 : 50/100, 0 ante

Paul Sharbanee is seemingly a little upset after losing a hefty pot holding {k-}{k-} on a {9-Spades}{k-Spades}{j-Spades}{j-Clubs}{2-} board. However, we would argue Sharbanee did a very good job to not go broke.

We had the hand recalled to us by the table. Apparently Sharbanee limped from under the gun and then called a raise to 400. On the flop, Sharbanee opted to check-call a bet of 675. Both players then checked the turn and final card completed the board on the river. Sharbanee led for 1,000 here and Sharbanee's opponent raised it to to 3,000. Sharbanee called and the two players turned their hands over.

Sharbanee: {k-}{k-}
Opponent: {j-}{j-}

Sharbanee's full house had ran into quad jacks. We don't know who was in more pain, Sharbarnee for losing with such a strong hand, or Sharbanee's opponent for not winning all of Sharbanee's chips.
