Grochocki Gets Paid on the River
Nivel 9
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
A player in the cutoff raised to 10,000 and was called by the button before Pedro Grochocki three-bet to 35,000 in the small blind. Only the cutoff called.
Grochocki checked the Q♠8♥7♦ flop and the cutoff bet 20,000. Grochocki called and both players checked the 3♥ turn.
Grochocki then led out for 25,000 on the 8♠ river and his opponent called. Grochocki showed K♥Q♥ for two pair and his opponent mucked.
