Who Will Capture the Title in the R$25,000 BSOP Millions Championship?

Final Table
Final Table

There will be nine players taking center stage when the curtain drops for the final table of the R$25,000 BSOP Millions Championship being held at the WTC Sheraton in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Over the course of four days and three starting flights, a field of 503 entries has generated a prizepool of over R$11,000,000 with the lion's share still to be awarded over the coming hours.

Marcos Kenne will be leading the pack with his monstrous stack of 17,165,000 chips after a widely impressive Day 4 of poker. Kenne made his way to the feature stage with just two tables remaining and soared to the top of the leaderboard without looking back. Looking for the first title of his live poker career, the lights will be brighter and the pressure will be greater than ever before.

He will have a flurry of contenders breathing down his neck who all have a wealth of experience. Sitting in second place is none other than Diego Ventura with a stack of 6,690,000 chips. Ventura has been around the poker scene for many of years with his largest cash coming back in the 2015 PCA Main Event where he finished second. Ventura is also coming off his first WSOP title last summer and hoping to make another splash in the poker community today.

Not much further down lies Dennys Ramos with a stack of 4,885,000 who had an up-and-down day yesterday. Ramos was down to less than 10 big blinds at one point but managed to nearly peak by the day's end. The Brazilian poker pro has one seven-figure score to his name coming back in the winter of 2023 at the WPT World Championship. And speaking of a rollercoaster of a day, Joao Vieira, the most notable player still in the field, made his way back from just one big blind to bag a stack of 4,230,000. Vieira has over $25,000,000 in live poker winnings and will be looking to use his experience to add to that today.

The cards will go in the air at 2:00 p.m. local time with just over 17 minutes left in level 23 with the blinds at 50,000/100,000 and a 100,000 big blind ante. The levels will continue to be 90 minutes long with a 15-minute break after each level. It has yet to be decided whether a dinner break will take place. The remaining players have each locked up at least R$193,900 but they pay jumps have become more significant now all the way up to the first-place prize of R$2,140,000.
