Miracle River for Marchuet as Olsen is Left Steaming

Nivel 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

In a blind-versus-blind battle the flop read J76 with about 6,000 in the middle. Pol Marchuet had 10,000 across the line as he faced an all-in jam from Alf-Inge Olsen. After tanking for some time, he tossed the rest of his 22,700 across the line.

Pol Marchuet: 99 All in
Alf-Inge Olsen: J5

There was only one overcard to Matchuet's pocket pair, but unfortunately for him, Olsen connected with it, leaving Matchuet in a tough spot to stay in the game. The 5 hit the turn, then Marchuet was able to find one of the remaining nines as the 9 completed the board as Olsen jumped out of his seat in shock.

"I'm steaming," Olsen said, as the dealer began to shuffle the next hand.

Nadal Moves Up the Leaderboard

Nivel 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Jose Manuel Nadal bet 3,000 on the flop of 1025 and was check-raised all in by Serge Didisheim for roughly 24,000. Nadal made the call and Didisheim was at risk of elimination.

Serge Didisheim: 43 All in
Jose Manuel Nadal: J10

The 8 on the turn and 8 river didn't improve Didsheim and Nadal's flopped pair of tens were enough to eliminate him from the event.

Espinosa Survives

Nivel 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Oscar Espinosa was all in before the flop for his last 15,500 on the button and Vincenzo Lottino was looking for the knockout in the small blind.

Oscar Espinosa: J10 All in
Vincenzo Lottino: KQ

The A42 flop wasn't looking promising for Espinosa, but the 10 turn gave him the lead as he paired his ten. The 3 river changed nothing and he pulled in the pot.

Sanchez Busts Rosales

Nivel 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

On a board of 5Q43, Jose Cano Sanchez bet 12,000 into a pot of roughly 20,000. Francisco Rosales moved all in for 17,000 and after a bit of deliberation, Sanchez made the call to put Rosales at risk.

Ace on the River Sends Compte Out

Nivel 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Uri Netanel opened to 2,700 from under the gun and was called by Sebastien Compte from directly behind. Joel Casanovas squeezed to 9,500 from the small blind, which got a fold from Netanel and a shove from Compte for his remaining stack. Casanovas called to put Compte at risk and Compte called.

Sebastien Compte: JJAll in
Joel Casanovas: AK

It was a race, but the 10954A runout paired Casanovas's ace on the river to eliminate Compte.

Eychenne Wins a Crucial Race

Nivel 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Thomas Eychenne
Thomas Eychenne

Thomas Eychenne moved all in from early position for roughly 8,000. After it folded all the way around to Mitch Garshofsky in the big blind he made the call for the majority of his chips.

Thomas Eychenne: AQ All in
Mitch Garshofsky: 1010

Eychenne found the help he needed on the 5QJ flop by pairing his queen to take the lead. The 5 turn and 3 river didn't improve Garshofsky as Eychenne's pair of queens secured him the double up.
