Miracle River for Marchuet as Olsen is Left Steaming

In a blind-versus-blind battle the flop read J♥7♦6♥ with about 6,000 in the middle. Pol Marchuet had 10,000 across the line as he faced an all-in jam from Alf-Inge Olsen. After tanking for some time, he tossed the rest of his 22,700 across the line.

There was only one overcard to Matchuet's pocket pair, but unfortunately for him, Olsen connected with it, leaving Matchuet in a tough spot to stay in the game. The 5♠ hit the turn, then Marchuet was able to find one of the remaining nines as the 9♠ completed the board as Olsen jumped out of his seat in shock.

"I'm steaming," Olsen said, as the dealer began to shuffle the next hand.

Nadal Moves Up the Leaderboard

Jose Manuel Nadal bet 3,000 on the flop of 10♦2♠5♣ and was check-raised all in by Serge Didisheim for roughly 24,000. Nadal made the call and Didisheim was at risk of elimination.

Eychenne Wins a Crucial Race
